German submarine basin at Oostende. Belgium attacked by British planes according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 10 March 1915

An item dated London the 9^th referred to a statement of the British Admiralty that a day earlier British planes attacked Oostende dropping 11 bombs on the submarine basin and 4 on the military headquarters. Although in the basin no submarines were sighted was probably heavy damage effected.
