British Indies navy reorganizing according to the Dutch newspaper Tilburgsche Courant dated 11 February 1926

An item dated London 10 February reported to a statement done at Delhi a day earlier dealing with the reorganisation of the British Indies navy. In the first instance would the fleet consist of 4 sloops, 2 motor boats, 4 trawlers, 2 inspection vessels and a depot ship. The tasks would be exercises for the Indies government in the Persian Gulf, reorganisation of the maritime defence of the harbours in British Indies, inspection purposes in the Indian Ocean and naval transports for the British Indies cabinet.
