British naval program according to the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder Courant dated 21 September 1932

An item dated London 21 September reported that the British Admiralty ordered the building of a flotilla leader, 8 destroyers and 2 minesweepers. As a result of this decision was the delayed program of 1931 executed except for two submarines.
