British post Inspector of target practice abolished according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 7

An item reported that the trade journals disapproved the abolition of the post of inspector of target practice. They feared for negative result loosing unity in the practices when the separate chiefs became more independent.
