Germany building mine laying submarines according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 23 February 1915

An item dated The Hague the 22nd reported that Germany built 120 large submarines for laying mines along the British coasts. Each submarine could carry with her 100-1.200 pound mines.
