Plans for French coast defence ship missing according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 9 January 1902

An item referred to a tiding received by the Patria coming from Cherbourg that there the plans were missing for a coast defence ship at that moment there being built. It was unknown if the plans were stolen or just accidentally lost.
