American steamship Pensacola robbed of riffles in Ireland according to the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder courant dated 5 November 1919

An item dated Cork the 4th reported that several men attacked the American steamship Pensacola which was berthed there to be repaired. Their intention was to capture the weapons on board. In advance were the telegraph and phone lines cut. The guard on board was locked up in the galley. All they found were just three rifles.
