American workers completing Russian submarines according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 22 May 1905

An item reported that at Sevastopol American workmen completed five submarines. The submarines were to be sent to Vladivostok together with 500 workmen necessary over there for the harbour works.(1)
