An item reported that at the shipyard N.V. Scheepswerven v/h H.H. Bodewes, Millingen a.d. Rijn, Netherlands the steamship Tallo was launched. She was to be fitted out by N.V. Verschure&Co’s Machinefabriek, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Cargo capacity more as 1.000 tons. Dimensions 180’ x 28’x 12½’ (height). [The launching was on or before 23 August].
