Finland building freighters for the Soviet Union according the Dutch newspaper De Maasbode dated 22 September 1940

An item reported that as a result of the Finnish-Soviet trade agreement the Finnish company Vartsila got a Soviet order to built 28 freighters for the inland shipping, although without delivery of their engines.
