Norwegian steam tanker Thoröy visiting Rotterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 20 August 1937

An item reported that the Norwegian steam tanker Thoröy which departed a day earlier Rotterdam destined for Leningrad was forced to return to the Nieuwe Waterweg suffering engine problems. She was to be repaired at the shipyard of Wilton Fijenoord.
