Russian merchant ships seeking refugee in the Proeth according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 5 November 1914

An item dated Berlin the 3rd reported that 70 Russian freighters and 14 tugs search for refugee in the mouth of the Proeth being afraid for the Turkish fleet. The ships served in the traffic between Russian and Romanian harbours.
