Russian warships loading coal in the bay of Tanger according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 30 October 1904

An item dated Tanger the 29th reported that three Russian warships and a coaler were lying in the bay. A second item reported that three Russian warships [destroyers?) loaded coal from the coaler Korea and now entered in the harbour.
