Built by Hyundai H.I.&S.B. Company Limited, Ulsan, South Korea. Commissioned on 31 August 1998. With a displacement of 9.000 (full load) tons and as dimensions 130 x 17,8 x 6,5 metres or 426,5 x 58 x 21 feet. The armament consisted of 2 dual-4cm anti aircraft guns and 2-2cm anti aircraft guns. The two diesels supplied via the two shaft 15.600 bhp allowing a speed of 20 knots. Cargo capacity 450 ton stores and 4.200 ton fuel.
