She was launched at the Copenhagen navy dockyard on 23 April 1920, decommissioned on 20 January 1922, scuttled by her own crew on 29 August 1943 at Holmen, salvaged by the German forces but never repaired, decommissioned on 22 August 1946 and finally broken up in 1952/ The armament consisted of 4-45,7cm torpedo tubes (3 bow, 1 stern), 1-57mm and she was in contrary to her sister ship fitted out for laying mines. The fifth torpedo tube as planned in the original design was never realized after worse results with the Rota. With a displacement of 301 (surfaced0-369 (submerged) were her dimensions 47,5 x 4,4 x 2,7 metres or 155’10”x 14’5”x 8’10”. The two 6 cylinder Burmeister Wain diesels and two electric engines supplying via two shafts respectively 900 bhp and 640 ihp allowed a speed of 14,5 (surfaced)-10,5 (submerged) knots. The C3.
