Greek naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland: staat- en letterkundig nieuwsblad morning edition dated 5 September 1935

The Greek department of war at Athene decided that the building of warships on foreign shipyards was no longer forbidden making it possible to complete her shipbuilding program within a shorter time. For the first time was the building of four destroyers abroad ordered.
