30 October reported that since the Fascist government started the Italian fleet
considerable expanded. She now had a total tonnage of 549.880 ton. Build were 2
battleships of total 50.000 tons, 19 cruisers of total 146.802 tons, 40
destroyers of total 54.316 tons, 32 torpedo boats of total 21.354 tons, 102
submarines of total 70.000 tons and 82 smaller vessels of total 37.348 tons.
Further more were on stocks battleships, 12 cruiser and several submarines
and other ships.
