New Russian warships for the Pacific fleet according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlands-Indië evening edition dated 23 August 1939

According to a tiding from the press association Reuter dated Moscow 22 August was a new Russian warship described as the first unit of his class and build at the yard at Vladivostok added to the Pacific fleet. There were not details known but according to some vague tidings were thousands of labourers involved in the building so she must be of a considerable size.
