Dom Pedro I
London, 31 January. From South America arrived tidings that the Brazilian emperor with 1.500 soldiers and a squadron which consisted of the ship of the line Dom Pedro I, the frigate Isabella, the corvette Goyaz, the goelette O Primeiro Decembre and 7 transports left Rio Janeiro 24 November 1826 towards Rio Grande to fight against Buenos Aires.
