Madrid, 15 July.
The American frigate arrived coming from Havana, Cuba at Gibraltar taking with her letters from Veracruz, Mexico and Alvaredo dated 7 and 9 May. The
Sabine was send towards the fortress San Juan de Ulloa with troops and
ammunition. The frigate la Fama arrived with some merchant ships at Havana coming from Cadiz.
