Dutch merchant ships Tiapho Schuringa, Bouwina and kof Elsiena wrecked according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 25 December 1852

According to a tiding from the Dutch consul at Stockholm dated 8 December were off Oeland three Dutch vessels wrecked. The vessels were the Tiapho Schuringa master H.F. Drent of Veendam underway from Stockholm to Rotterdam with a cargo of iron, all crewmembers were rescued, the kof Bouwina master Knol of Veendam underway from St. Petersburg to Rotterdam with a cargo of rye and the kof Elsiena master Berghuis of Pekel-A underway from Memel to Bordeaux with a cargo of staves.
