Dutch towing company n.v. Stoomsleepboot Maatschappij Maria II founded at Rotterdam according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 1 August 1911

An item referred to the newspaper Staats Courant reporting that the towing company n.v. Stoomsleepboot Maatschappij Maria II was founded at Rotterdam for a period of 29 years and with a share capital of 35 x ƒ 100 shares which capital of ƒ 3.500 was full deposited. S. Sipkens was appointed as director. It was not permitted to have at the same time more than one tug property.
