Dutch towing company n.v. Stoomsleepdienst Antonia Frater founded at Groningen according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 9 January 1912

An item referred to the newspaper Staats Courant reporting that the towing company n.v. Stoomsleepdienst Antonia Frater was founded at Groningen for a period of 29 years and with a share capital of 15x ƒ 1.000 shares which capital of ƒ15.000 was full deposited. E. Frater Smid was appointed as director. It was not permitted to have at the same time more than one tug property.
