French and Spanish privateers not allowed to enter Dutch harbours according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 25 April 1823

The Hague, 24 April. By Royal decision dated 21 April considered the hostilities between France and Spain wasn't it allowed to fit out French or Spanish privateers in Dutch harbours, nor were privateers or prizes allowed to enter Dutch harbours and if they were caused by problems to enter a Dutch harbour obliged to leave as soon as possible.
