Paris, 5 February. The telegraph at Haiti reported 24 November the arrival of the 44-gun French warship l’Antigone (1), commanded by captain De Mélient, which transported the representative for Haiti namely Ragueneau de la Chenaie. Also it brought with the deputy representative for Cape Haiti, namely Molien.
