San Sebastian,1 May. The first ships of the fleet ordered to blockade the city arrived consisting of the brig Themis commanded by Mr. De Saint-Priest, another brig and 2 goelettes. The 80-gun ship of the line Centaurus (the le Centaure) arrived also and was to be followed by the 38-gun hulk Colossus. This morning departed the brig with on board Von Schmitz colonel; in service of the Russian crown with the parliamentary flag hoisted and arriving 10.00 o'clock off San Sebastian.
