The British navy in the Mediterranean according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 9 July 1824

Naples, 15 June. The 10th arrived at Naples HMS Revenge (1)with on board admiral sir Henry Neale commanding officer of the British squadron which some time sailed from Malta towards Algiers. She was to be followed by 2 other ships coming from Malta.
