The Colombian navy according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 26 April 1826

At Cartagena, Colombia arrived 25 February a new 64-guns frigate of New York destined for the government, while a second one was expected to arrive soon. The Ceres of 24 guns was fitted out and manned. There were at the same time 3 Swedish warships and the British Protector lying over there and it’s thought that the government would buy these ships.
