Lisbon, 10 May. The newspaper O Diario at Bahia published the news that at Buenos Aires 3 war frigates were waiting, bought by the government and now being fitted out and armed, so serve within short time. They feared that the frigates were ordered to blockade the harbour of Rio Janeiro.
