The British and French navies in the Mediterranean according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 4 January 1850

Tidings from Constantinople dated until 15 December 1849 coming via Trieste reported that the French fleet still was lying at Vourla. The British fleet left the Bay of Besikha and was sighted while going towards Moskenisse.
