The Swedish naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland: staat- en letterkundig nieuwsblad morning edition dated 11 May 1927

Berlin, 10 May. Both Swedish Chambers agreed with the new navy shipbuilding program which included the building of 2 torpedo boats, 4 scouts and 3 submarines and there were designs to be drawn for battleships. The costs of this program amounted 46,630,000 Swedish crones excluded the 7,520,000 crones needed to achieve the program of 1926. The social democrats and the communists were against, the liberals approved the program. However in both chambers voted some social democrats for including the former president Sandler in the First Chamber.
