Dutch built tug Presidente Baez destined for Asuncion, Paraguay according to the Dutch newspaper Haarlem’s Dagblad dated Thursday 24 October 1907

At IJmuiden arrived the tug Presidente Baez coming from the yard Conrad at IJmuiden. This completely new tug was to undertake the voyage to Asuncion as a sailing vessel and after her arrival to be converted in to a steamboat.
