British 3-mast ship Lady Egia arrived at Den Helder according to the Dutch newspaper Heldersche en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 22 January 1863

An item dated Den Helder the 21st reported the arrival in the afternoon of the 13th of the British 3-mast ship Lady Egia captain J. Curry in thick, stormy weather. She came from Samarang in 84 days with a cargo of 17.000 kanassers sugar, 18.000 skins, 4.000 picols coffee and so on, altogether more as 800 lasting causing a draught of 6,2 metres.
