Salvaged inventory and cargo of Russian bark Nicolai sold at Callantsoog, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Heldersche en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 22 March 1863

An announcement reported the auction on Wednesday 1 April at 10.00 o’clock at Callantsoog, Netherlands of part of the inventory and what saved during the breaking up of the Russian bark Nicolai recently stranded at Callantsoog. The edition of 17 May announced the auction of part of her cargo timber.
