Norwegian bark Mercuur lost off the Razende Bol, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Heldersche en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 10 December 1863

An item dated Den Helder the 9^th reported that the Norwegian bark ship Mercuur captain J. Larsen stranded on the so-called Razende Bol (1), Netherlands was sold on an auction that day for ƒ 50 by F. Stheeman. (1)

1. A small Dutch island also called Noorderhaaks west of the Marsdiep off the Dutch island Texel. With continuous North West wind is it possible that the whole island will be inundated.
