An item dated Talcahuano 11 October reported the arrival of the ship General Pike captain Fisher of New Bedford, USA coming from Kodiak [Alaska, USA]. Since her departure in the end of November from Talcahuano, Chile consisted her catch of 120 barrels sperm, 650 barrels whale oil and 6.000 lbs bone.
