Dutch squadron in the Mediterranean according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 15 February 1831

An item reported that on 5 January a Dutch squadron consisting of the frigate Zr.Ms. Sambre (1), the corvettes Zr.Ms. Dolfijn (2) and Medusa (3) and the brigs Zr.Ms. Kemphaan (4) and Windhond (5) left Mahon. On 2 February was the squadron still at sea sailing towards the North. Their arrival was daily expected.
