An item referred to the newspaper Figaro reporting
that the German cruiser Hela (1) visited Brest,
France to
disembark a seriously ill sailor for bringing him to the naval hospital.
The Hela arrived at 14.00 o’clock departing around 19.00 o’clock. Her commanding officer visited the French admiral Barrera. When
arriving at Brest
was the flag of admiral Sallandrouze De Lamornais (2), commanding officer of
the French North Sea Squadron saluted.

Another possibility is vice admiral Jules Sallandrouze de Lamornais. Jules
succeeded Jean as chief staff of the navy.
