Laid down at the shipyard of Thomson (later known as the Clydebank Engineering&Shipbuilding Co., England on 9 February 1896, launched on 28 August, commissioned on 20 November, fitted out for mine laying in 1920, and finally broken up in 1924. With a displacement of 370 tons were her dimensions 67,07 x 6,71 x 1,68 metres or 220’0” x 22’0” x 5’6”. The horsepower of 6.000 ihp made a speed of 28 knots possible. Her crew numbered 67 men. The armament consisted of 2-14pd quick firing guns, 8-6pd quick firing guns, 2-1pd Maxim machineguns and 2 torpedo tubes.
