Dutch submarine Hr.Ms. K XIII arrived at Manila. Philippines according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 11 November 1926

An item reported that the Dutch submarine Hr.Ms. K XIII destined towards the Dutch East Indies arrived at Manila, Philippines.(1)

Laid down at the shipyard Fijenoord, Rotterdam, Netherlands on 15 October 1923 with yard number 296, launched on 23 December 1924, commissioned on 29 March 1926 and scuttled by her own crew at Surabaya, Dutch East Indies on 2 March 1942. With a displacement of 612 (standard)-688 (surfaced)-828 (submerged) tons and as dimensions 66,7 x 6,2 x 3,8 metres.
