French submarine destroyed submarine of the enemy according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 4 June 1917

An item reported that off Cattaro on 26 May a huge submarine of the enemy was torpedoed and sunk by a French submarine. It was not known if this event was identical to what on 30 May was reported. French newspapers reported a fight between British and German submarines in which a German submarine was rammed.
