Dutch 5th charter Edam 1711-1743

Of the admiralty Amsterdam, built by Jan van Rhenen at naval yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1711, indicated of little use in 1733, stricken and broken up at admiralty yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands, wreck sold for ƒ 613 in 1743, dimensions (Amsterdam foot) 130-134 x 36½-36¾ x 15¼-15¾, draught 8¾-13 1/8, an armament of 44-46 (1711: 20-12pd, 20-6pd, 6-4pd) guns and a crew numbering 200 men. Commanding officers captains 1725 Reinier Jan van de Putte, in 1727 Gerard Deutsz, in 1729 Joost Vijgh van Isendoorn.
