Italian bark Angela Casanova docked at Middelburg, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Vlissingse Courant dated 25 August 1900
An item reported that the Italian bark Angela
Casanova captain Graffigna after unloading her cargo of wheat destined for the
flour plant at Middelburg, Netherlands was to be dry docked for examination of
her bottom. It was feared that she damaged her bottom after striking a sandbank
in the Plata river.
