Of the admiralty Maze, also called Gulden Beer, hired in 1652-1653, an armament of 24-26 (May 1653: 6-8pdr 8-6pd, 4-4pd, 6-3pd) guns and a crew numbering 80-100 men. Hired at Amsterdam, Netherlands and joined fleet with Tromp, left on 9 Ma6 1653 left the fleet due to the outbreak of a contagious disease and paid off, captain Jan de Haes.
