Arrived on 7 September 1874 in the Dutch East Indies. The crew consisted on 31 December 1880 of 69 (fixed 73) Europeans and 33 (fixed 24) natives. Stationed on 31 December 1880 at Celebes. Showed the flag at the residence Timor between 1-28 July 1880.(1)

Fabriek van stoom- en andere werktuigen, Amsterdam, Netherlands in July 1873, launched on 7 April 1874, commissioned on 16 June 1874, dimensions 42-45 (over all) x 8,8 x 3,6 metres, a displacement of 730 tons, horsepower 90 hp/400 ehp, speed 9,5 miles, an armament of 3 guns (1879: 1 rifled 18cm gun, 2-12cm guns) and a crew numbering 80 men (1879). Decommissioned on 1 September 1894, stricken, condemned and sold for ƒ 10.000.
