Italian navy ordered building tankers according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1937 no. 2

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht dated 20 January 1937 reporting that the Italian cabinet ordered the building of 3-13.500 ton tankers with a minimum speed of 14 knots which were to be completed in begin 1938.
