Large number of Russian torpedo boats being built according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1905-1906 no.8

An item referred to the magazine Marine Rundschau reporting that the building of torpedo boats had the full interest of the navy. At that moment were 62 being built, 44 by the navy and 18 by the Naval Union founded in 1904. The last 18 had a displacement of 500 ton and a speed of 25 miles.
