Russian submarines and battleships training together in coastal defence according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1935 no. 2

An item referred to the magazine R.M. dated November 1934 reported that in August 1934 the Russian navy held large fleet manoeuvres. A flotilla submarines was added to the manoeuvres with the intention to train together with battleships to defence the coast against an attack from sea.
