Russian anonymous 7.500 ton cruiser nearly completed according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1935 no. 2

An item referred to the magazine R.M. dated November 1935 reporting that according to a private source in Russia a 7.500 ton cruiser armed with 4-19cm guns nearly was completed. The ship was also to be fitted out with catapults.
