An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht dated 10 December 1904 reporting that the Russian torpedo boats No. 138 and 141 were to be fitted out at the shipyard of Izhorski with new Yarrow boilers. Of the torpedo boats No.’s 103, 119-120 and 141 were the coal holds to be renewed.
